These terms apply to plumbingmacombmi.com, operated by Plumbers in Macomb, MI, 15721-15695 Leone Dr, Macomb, MI 48042. By using the site you agree to them.
A referral service
Plumbers in Macomb, MI connects callers with independent plumbing companies. We are not a plumbing contractor and do not perform plumbing work. The plumbing company you are connected with sets its own prices, does the work, and is responsible for its workmanship, licensing, insurance and any warranty. Ask that company for its Michigan license number and the terms of the job before work starts. Partner companies may pay us for the calls we connect.
General information, not a diagnosis
The guides and service pages on this site explain how plumbing systems work, what commonly goes wrong in Macomb County homes, and what Michigan rules say. They are general information. A plumbing problem in your home can have causes a web page cannot see, so nothing here replaces an on-site inspection, and you should not rely on it as a diagnosis or a quote.
Safety
Some pages describe steps a homeowner can take, such as closing the main water shutoff. Only do what you can do safely. Stay out of standing water near electrical equipment. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. Do not attempt work that Michigan law requires a licensed contractor and a permit to do.
Prices and availability
This site does not publish prices, and pages that discuss cost describe the factors that change a price, not the price itself. Availability depends on the day and the job; call (207) 419-2600 for the current schedule.
Rules and codes change
Code editions, permit fees and utility programs change. We review the pages that cite them, but check with your local building department or utility before acting on a rule described here.

Links to government, utility and manufacturer sites are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Plumbers in Macomb, MI is not liable for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, the information on this site.
